Day 1

Registration begins at 16h at Hectar. We will greet you with an apero and the opportunity to look around the facility and meet other attendees.
At 19h, a 4 course meal will be served.
During dessert, we will treat ourselves to a movie night featuring films from World Ride. You will be inspired and moved by the work of Julie Cornelius and her team.

- Dr. Fiona Spotswood, presents a case study in women in mountain biking and media representation
- The importance of allyship with Julie Cornelius

15:15 - 16:00h - BikeBusinessHub recruiting strategies workshop with Jen Swiderski.
16:00 - 16:30: Workshop lead by HR consultant on removing unconscious bias and the use of HR technologies and Artificial Intelligence tools.
17h - 19h: Apero and photo gallery experience with Femmes à Vélo

10h - 10:45: Farm - Her program overview from Hectar. How is the agriculture sector diversifying their workforce?
10:45 - 11:30: Roundtable discussion: How does cycling culture affect retention and recruitment? What can we leverage to our advantage? What do we need to correct?

- How will policy shape the future of gender equity in the cycling workforce? Presented by Women in Cycling
- Roundtable discussion: What would an industry pledge for gender equity include? What actions will you bring back to your organization?
