If your payment is declined or if there are issues with your payment, we may cancel or suspend your registration. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date.
4. Event Cancellations and Refunds
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event at our discretion. If an event is canceled, we will issue a full refund to registered participants. Refunds for cancellations made by the attendee will be subject to our event-specific refund policy, which will be provided during the registration process.

5. Use of Content
All content provided on the Site, including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, and event materials, is owned by Summit Series Event or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Steinhausen, Zug, Switzerland.
