Join this dynamic event as we discuss allyship, representation, the cycling culture, strategic recruiting, retention techniques and gain insights from outside the bike industry. Together we can make a workforce that reflects riders around the world.

The event kicks off with an inspirational movie night and networking evening with activities to make networking easy and enjoyable. The full day program includes keynote speakers to give scope to the challenges facing women in the cycling industry and workshops/round table discussions to encourage knowledge sharing and learning.
